Our team members take great care to ensure the safety and security of your property, and they will always close and secure your gate or lock after exiting your yard. We kindly ask that you secure your pets inside your home when our technicians are servicing your yard.

• What happens if I forget to unlock my gate or have an aggressive dog?

As a standard practice, we refrain from knocking on our clients' doors upon arrival to avoid any disturbances to your pets. However, if your gate is accidentally locked, rest assured that we will not enter your yard until your pets are safely secured inside. In such cases, we will gently notify you of our arrival by knocking on your door, if you are present at home. If you happen to be away, we will promptly reach out to you to coordinate a better time for us to return. We are happy to reschedule your service for later in the same day or the following week, whichever is more convenient for you.

We bill for our pet waste removal services on a monthly basis, with payment due in advance. Your recurring due date is based on your first scheduled service appointment date.
