  • How often do you come out to clean the yard?

We offer flexible scheduling options, including monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, and daily service. Our business hours are Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm, with service pickups scheduled between 9am and 4pm.

  • Can I change the frequency of service?

We are happy to accommodate any adjustments to your service frequency. To make changes to your account, simply notify us before your next due date and we will make the necessary changes to your billing and payment options. You may contact us via email at service@pawspooperscoopers.com to request any changes to your service.

  • What is included in the service?

When you sign up with us, you get a prearranged scoop service that is tailored to your needs. We ensure fast invoicing and offer easy payment options for your peace of mind. Additionally, we provide text notifications that keep you informed of our location and arrival times. You also get access to your own customer portal, where you can conveniently make changes to your account and review billing information from the comfort of your home. As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer a free deodorizing service for your yard after every 10 service visits, without you having to ask. With Paws Pooper Scoopers, you can expect top-notch service and an experience that is truly hassle-free.

  • Do I need to be home during the service?

You do not need to be present during your scheduled service visits. To ensure your convenience, we send out notifications when we are on our way, within 60 minutes, and another when we arrive. Our team members take great care to ensure the safety and security of your property, and they will always close and secure your gate or lock after exiting your yard. We kindly ask that you secure your pets inside your home when our technicians are servicing your yard.

  • What happens if I forget to unlock my gate or have an aggressive dog?

As a standard practice, we refrain from knocking on our clients' doors upon arrival to avoid any disturbances to your pets. However, if your gate is accidentally locked, rest assured that we will not enter your yard until your pets are safely secured inside. In such cases, we will gently notify you of our arrival by knocking on your door, if you are present at home. If you happen to be away, we will promptly reach out to you to coordinate a better time for us to return. We are happy to reschedule your service for later in the same day or the following week, whichever is more convenient for you.

  • How do I pay for the service?

We bill for our pet waste removal services on a monthly basis, with payment due in advance. Your recurring due date is based on your first scheduled service appointment date. To make things convenient for you, we accept debit and credit cards as our only form of payment for services. Upon sign-up, we will send you a secure link to save your card details in your client portal, which you can access and manage anytime. This ensures that your payment information is securely stored and ready for future billing. If you ever need to update your payment information, you can do so at any time on your client portal.

  • When is the payment due?

We operate on a monthly billing cycle, with payments made in advance for each month of service. The payment for your first month will be due on the date of your initial service, and subsequent payments will be charged on the same date each month thereafter. For instance, if you sign up for service on May 8th, your due date will fall on the 8th of each month moving forward, regardless of the day of the week.

  • How do I cancel the service?

If you need to cancel your service, we kindly ask that you please notify us during your billing month. To prevent any future billing, please feel free to email us, call us at (972) 645-9989, or inform your service technician at least 48 hours prior to your next bill cycle. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the cancellation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at service@pawspooperscoopers.com.

  • Is there a cancellation fee?

We have a customer-friendly cancellation policy, with no cancellation fees. Our services are billed monthly in advance, and you can cancel before your next month's cycle at any time.   • What is the process for canceling?

To cancel your service, please notify us via email or phone at least 48 hours before your next billing due date. You can reach us at (972) 645-9989 or by emailing service@pawspooperscoopers.com. Our team will promptly assist you with the cancellation process.

  • Can I get a refund if I cancel early?

At Paws Pooper Scoopers, we charge based on the frequency of service that you select for yard scooping. We do not offer refunds for early cancellations as we have already scheduled our team to provide the agreed-upon service. You will be billed either for your selected service frequency or the monthly rate, depending on your plan. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy or billing, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. 

  • Is there a contract or can I cancel at any time?

We understand that flexibility is important to our clients, which is why we offer a month-to-month service with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your service at any time, and there are no penalties or fees for doing so. We are committed to providing a hassle-free experience for our customers and look forward to serving you.
